



The complex consists of 98 units spread across one- and two-story buildings, comprising 36 one-bedroom units, 44 two-bedroom units, and 18 three-bedroom units. Additionally, the property includes common spaces such as a laundry area, maintenance facility, office building, and multi-purpose space. The rehabilitation project fully complied with HUD requirements and introduced a new accessible pathway, seamlessly linking the five new accessible units to all site amenities and common areas.

As Project Manager, I was responsible for submitting drawings for building permit review with the City of Austin, HUD and TDHCA . My construction administration responsibilities were shared with the architect of record and included responding to RFIs, creating ASIs, and facilitating in the closeout process.
